Welcome to MY PONYTAILS, the website for Ponytails SHETLAND PONY STUD.  We breed standard and miniature SHETLAND PONIES of exceptional quality, temperament and type. All of our ponies are registered with the Australian Pony Stud Book (APSB), and ponies under 87cms are dual registered with the APSB and Australian Miniature Pony Society (AMPS). Our stud has a wide variety of coloured Shetlands including black, chestnut, buckskin, palomino and broken colours.

 

PONYTAILS SHETLAND PONY STUD INFORMATION

Our business operations were established in 2006.  Since commencing we have had many satisfied customers purchase Shetland Ponies from our stud as well as make use of our breeding facilities. 

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we are committed to promoting this wonderful breed of horse.

We are located in Highlands which is a small country farming community situated in North East Victoria in Australia.   For detailed information regarding our location please consult the link at the left of the page.

SHETLAND PONY BROOD MARES

At the present our stud consist of 9 gorgeous broodmares with excellent bloodlines. They are producing stunning foals, see Foals link at left of page for more details.

SHETLAND PONY FOALS

We will have foals for sale once they are weaned. Our Shetland Pony mares link has more detailed information regarding our mares and whom they will be served by for the upcoming foaling season.

PONYTAILS STALLIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Edgewood Monarch (APSB), Kristamoor Lodge Talisman (APSB) and "new" addition Ambaura Cisco Kid upcoming future miniature stallion APSB/AMPS. They are featured in the SHETLAND PONY STALLION SECTION of our website. Two of our stallions are young and we are very proud of their recent accomplishments in the show ring.
